1. DATA CONTROLLER

2. COLLECTED DATA AND PURPOSES

We only collect the data strictly necessary for the execution of the service:

• Identity and contact (name, email) for account management.
• Activity data (GPS tracks, photos, statistics) for book generation.
• Logistics data (delivery address) for shipping. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe in an encrypted manner.

3. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

Processing is based on the performance of the contract (order production) and, where applicable, on your explicit consent (Strava import, cookies).

4. RECIPIENTS AND SUB-PROCESSORS

Your data is transmitted exclusively to our technical service providers within the limit of their respective missions: Google Firebase (hosting), Stripe (payment), and Lulu Press (printing/delivery). No data is transferred or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. DATA RETENTION

Data is kept for the entire life of the User account. In case of prolonged inactivity (3 years), the data is anonymized or deleted, subject to legal obligations for the preservation of invoices.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation of processing, and portability.
