1. RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS

If, upon receiving your AdvenBook, you are not entirely satisfied with the layout, printing, shipping, or if the emotion is simply not there:

• Write to us at contact@advenbook.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Provide your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.

We commit to offering you, according to your preference:

1. A free reprint of your book with necessary corrections.
2. A full refund of your order. No complex return of the book is required.

To eliminate any ambiguity or bad surprises during checkout:

• All shipping costs are free (0 €), regardless of your delivery address in the world.
• The price displayed when personalizing your book is the final price you will pay, all taxes and shipping included.
